By entering your details, you agree to allow The Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation, SportBusiness Group, Electric Word and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing.
Cancellations / Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome at anytime. Written cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the event date will be refunded. Written cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the course date will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing. SportBusiness Group reserves the right to alter the programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the programme in which all monies will be refunded. SportBusiness Group and other members of the Electric Word plc Group, safeguard your data. We will endeavour to keep you informed of our other conferences and products where appropriate and may occasionally make you name available to reputable companies outside the group
Booking Conditions
A confirmation letter will be sent, from our London Office within 3-5 working days from receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.

To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any requirements you have by contacting the customer service team using the details on the Contact Us page.
Dietary Requirements
We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.

The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation, coffee/refreshment breaks and lunch.
