Mihir also oversaw the development of BBC’ Sport’s new strategy for the digital age. Prior to joining the BBC, Mihir worked for a number of years as a management consultant and as an economist.Mihir oversees a 24-strong team which is responsible for Sport England's policy development and performance management, working closely with government departments and partners from across the sports sector. Mihir suffers from supporting Tottenham Hotspur.
